Leads & qualification
What a lead is, the profile the agent builds, and the stages it moves through.
A lead is a person who contacted you. Reply First creates one lead per person per owning agent, matched by phone number or email address, so the same buyer messaging two of your agents becomes two leads — one for each.
The profile
As the conversation unfolds, the agent extracts a structured profile — the facts that matter for your vertical. For Dubai real estate that's things like budget, bedrooms, area, purpose (end-use vs investment), and timeline. The profile is filled in progressively; the agent only records what the lead actually tells it, never invents values.
Qualification stages
Every lead sits at one qualification stage. The agent moves it as it learns more:
| Stage | Meaning |
|---|---|
new | Just created — no qualifying conversation yet. |
qualifying | Actively gathering budget, needs, and intent. |
qualified | Enough signal to say this is a real, workable lead. |
meeting_booked | A viewing or call is scheduled. |
nurture | Real but not ready — worth keeping warm. |
not_qualified | Out of scope (wrong budget, wrong market, tyre-kicker). |
closed | The conversation is over. |
Route target
Alongside the stage, the agent records a route target — its recommendation for what to do next: hotLead, nurture, needsHuman, or notQualified. This is what drives escalation and how leads sort in your inbox.
