Knowledge wiki

Your org's pages of facts, injected into every agent prompt.

The knowledge wiki is how the agent learns your business. Each page is a small, focused document — a fact, a policy, a process — and its content is injected into the agent's prompts on every reply. Better pages mean better answers; it's the highest-leverage thing you can maintain.

Structure

Pages are organized by category so the agent can pull the right context for a given question:

market · process · pricing · client_pattern · compliance · product

Each page is one topic with a clear title. Small and specific beats long and general — the agent skims pages the way a person does.

The nightly curator

Once a day, a curator reviews recent conversations and refreshes your pages: tightening wording, adding facts the agent needed but lacked, and flagging gaps. It's a suggestion engine, not an autopilot — every change lands on a page you can read and edit.

What not to put here

Knowledge pages are org-wide context, not storage. Keep out:

  • Secrets, API keys, or passwords.
  • A single lead's personal details (those live on the lead).

Editing it

Manage pages under Settings → Knowledge, or from an AI assistant over MCP. Test changes in the Playground before they reach live conversations.
