Connect WhatsApp
Link your WhatsApp Business number so the agent answers leads on the channel they already use.
WhatsApp is where most Dubai property leads land. Connecting takes three steps inside Settings → Channels → WhatsApp, all driven by Meta's official signup — you never paste an API key.
Steps
Link your account
Click Connect WhatsApp. Meta's Embedded Signup opens in a popup. Sign in with the Facebook account that owns (or will own) your WhatsApp Business Account, and pick the business and phone number to use.
Your number must not already be active on the WhatsApp consumer or Business app. If it is, remove it there first, or use a fresh number.
Activate the phone number
Reply First registers the number on the WhatsApp Cloud API and verifies it. If Meta asks for a verification code, enter the one sent to that number. This is a one-time step.
You're ready
The channel shows Connected. Send a WhatsApp message to the number from another phone — the agent replies within seconds and a new lead appears under Chats.
The AI auto-reply switch
Each connected number has an AI auto-reply toggle. Turn it off to stop the agent from replying on that number (for example, while you handle a busy launch by hand) without disconnecting the channel. Existing conversations stay intact; the agent simply goes quiet until you switch it back on.
The 24-hour window
WhatsApp only lets businesses send free-form messages within 24 hours of the lead's last message. If you try to reply after that window, the message is blocked until the lead writes again — this applies to your manual replies too, not just the agent.
